Objectives

The purpose of the Public Limited Company is:

1. to operate agricultural enterprises in the broadest sense of the word, to the extent legally permitted;

2. to process and trade products obtained from the operations referred to in paragraph 1 of this article;

3. to engage in trade, including the purchase, sale, import, export, and distribution of all activities related to the objectives referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this article;

4. to operate branches and transport companies in order to optimize business operations;

5. to act as an agent, representative, and in any other capacity for third parties with regard to actions and transactions related to the objectives referred to in paragraphs 1 through 4 of this article, to the extent legally permitted;

6. to participate in and manage and direct other enterprises;to perform all activities directly or indirectly related to the objectives referred to in paragraphs 1 through 6 of this article.
